Introduction
Project involves changes to an existing developed site containing a building and asphalt parking areas. The proposed development would remove the existing building and impervious areas and proposes a 60' x 62' building with 5 mechanic bays, an office/waiting room and supply/parts room with 15 parking spaces on an asphalt surface, associated stormwater mitigation system, sidewalk improvements and landscaping.
